Chuck Behrens is A professional member of NSA, Who also has been a hospice chaplain since 1994. He's also an ordained Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) UCC minister who has been practicing since 1980. Chuck received his Master of Divinity in social ethics and pastoral care from Lexington Theological Seminary, and a BA in English and Sociology from West Liberty University. In that time he has served many patients and families in and out of the hospice setting and has had the privilege to even conduct many of their memorial services as a final celebration of their lives. Chuck is conducting many workshops on death and dying in and out of the church settings but also several times at Lorain Community College, Baldwin Wallace College and Case Western Reserve University. He's a keynote speaker and presents for many hospice/palliative care conferences. Chuck firmly believes that a presentation isn't so much to be delivered or heard as experienced.
